I love the field of "business" and how all-encompassing it can be. Whether it's the psychology behind marketing & economics, the technicalities of operations, growth, and scale, or the inside development of team and culture, the concept of adding value at all levels is fascinating to me. I can spend all day "nerding out", diving into, talking about it.
In my career, I've been fortunate to have opportunities that have allowed me to indulge and stretch my entrepreneurial muscles. I still have so much to learn, but as I was reflecting on what I've done I realized how much I enjoy these things:

Proline Detailing (2018 - present)
Co-Owner
- In 2018 I lead a merger that saw Concours Detailing and ProLine Detailing become one company. This resulted in a new business partnership for me and 50% ownership of the company.
- Increased profitability of ProLine Detailling by:
- Creating an operational structure for the company and implementing employee systems to build organizational culture and manage workloads efficiency.
- Creating operational systems to allow employees to get consistent results every time.
- Rebranding the company, running digital marketing campaigns, networking through local avenues.
- Partnering with local automotive sales and service providers to provide mutually beneficial subcontracted services.
- Leading and participating in local automotive events.
Church of the Highlands (2010 - present)
Team Leader | Coach
- Lead Team for Musician Development Process for the Montgomery Campus.
- Identify, train, and empower new leaders within the worship team to lead, grow, and develop others.
- Several of whom have transitioned from volunteer to full time staff locally and abroad
- Helped launch and grow the Montgomery campus worship team from 5 - 125 people
- Lead rehearsals & team meetings
- Coordinate service flow, assist with production and pastoral staff, and more.
Concours Detailing (2010 - 2018)
Owner
- Initiated a unique automotive service to a largely un-serviced, niche, luxury market
- Engaged in highly relational customer interactions to produce services that were tailored to each client’s specific needs
- Maintained multiple vehicle collections valued over $1 million
- Collaborated & consulted with local auto dealerships/service companies to solve unique problems outside of their skillset
